I designed the website around ELAS's brand personality and business objectives, which informed the information architecture, content hierarchy, CTA placement and the tone of the copy. The copy was written to feel warm, social and inviting, while still being clear enough to guide visitors towards the right actions. The site takes visitors from understanding ELAS → exploring the community → discovering what’s on → taking action, without making the experience feel overly sales-driven.
